Ofcourse You Can That Is What It Is For....Moreover Keep In Mind That Any Resistance or Supports....Should Hold For A While Before It Can Get To The Next. Since You Mentioned Not Knowing Very Much About F&O, I Would Suggest Write Down The Pivots On A Piece Of Paper & Track It For A While To See If You Can Get Comfortable With What Is Posted Here & Then Perhaps You Might Try The MiniNifty To Start With.
