IFCI is doing good for quite some time. I could see the QoQ results are also really good.
Financials of IFCI Quarterly Annual Income Statement (Sep '06) (Mar '06) Net Sales 323.44 1584.96 Other Income 2.03 194.63 PBDIT 286.57 606.86 Net Profit 115.83 -177.82 This quarter is with very good results. Can anyone tell how this has been achieved. Is it any change in management or many projects taken over newly or soemthing ?

IFCI posted a net profit of Rs 115.83 crore for the quarter as compared to a net loss of Rs 98.90 crore in corresponding previous period.
For some time now, the company's focus has been on the recovery of bad assets and it has stopped sanctioning and disbursing funds. So, what do you guys say about IFCI's future !!!
I bought at 35.00 in 1993 through the IPO. Sold it at 10.80 in 2005 eventually , earning nothing.. Now the stock is showing some movement. Would appreciate analyst's view. Thanks
