Welcome to this forum. So you wish to learn how to identify the potential scrips or are just interested in putting in your money in the market based on some tips ?? Learning to identify such scrips calls for analysis and time (I do not know if you have inclination for this). If you are interested in tips, then your job is a lot tougher as, you will have to identify the worthiness of a tip (and without some kind of analysis (Technical or fundamental), it is really difficult). So, if your inclination is to learn, you can go through various posts by seniors here as well as some books (go for a list in books section) which will give you an idea about the stock-market. If you are going to trade based on tips, find out someone who is good at some kind of analysis, take his advice and invest as less amount as possible to see if it really works for you. If you like, you can do paper-trade first to take a feel of the market. If you are not comfortable with either, best way is to invest in some Mutual Fund and let those buddies take care of your investment. Reason for writing this in detail is because to earn 1 lakh from other avenues, it takes considerable effort (I hope its true with you )... multiplying it from stock market calls for even greater efforts but losing this amount in stock market takes no effort.... So... take care. With regards, Abhay |
