The calls are good for the day only.

Do not enter at the open.Wait for 15 -20 mins for the market to settle down.

If the Opening price has already triggered the entry, avoid the counter.

Sometimes it may trigger entries both sides, then take entries likewise or get out at the stop.

Recap of yesterdays recommendations.

3 out of 5 scrips triggered at the opening price and 2 scrips triggered before 9.25 AM.See the rules of trading, I had mentioned in my previous post i.e not to trade if opening price triggers the trade or if trade gets initiated before 9.30 AM .So none of the trades were to be taken. Preferably start trading my recommendations after 9.45 AM only once the market settles.

TATA COFFEE

A beautiful pennant .Buy above 1631 for target of 1800 + ,This is a positional trade.Once trade is initiated stoploss below 1575.

Ahhh
! Badman.. is here.. so happy.. make it regular here bro..

I Bookmarked this thread.:clapping:

Now your opinion requested:

Flags seen in VADILALIND, excel crop, .. what is your view on it?

Finally.. is there any kind of afl available to find the pennant or flag formation?

Sir, both Vadilal and Excel crop are not flags from strict sense of book patterns. But you can consider both these scrips as consolidation patterns after a big green Bar and any breakout from these zones can be traded.Vadilal is a big triangle and a lovely pattern.

Flags on the other hand are after a straight upmove the scrip consolidates with low volume and then breaks out .Irregularity of volume voids it.

But nevertheless, patterns mentioned by you are good for breakout trades despite having one or two irregular volume bars.Regarding afl's I do not remember since I have stopped using Amibroker may be for more than 2 years. If you need the logic just see if you can say like

Today's hi < yesterday's hi, Yesterday's hi < day before yesterday .... do so for 3 to 5 days.If u get these type of patterns for less than 5-7 days, their breakouts will give good results.
Regards

S&P CNX NIFTY (6,001.85) -54.75 -0.90 %

Nifty fell by 54 points and the CAUSE lies in yesterday hourly chart. There is a DOJI in hourly chart yesterday. So wait for the markets to correct.Support area is around 5915 5939 marked by the blue colour.6068.5 which is the top of the DOJI will be formidable resistance to cross in the coming days.

Devadas sir ji..

Have you watched the furious move that tata coffee had this morning.. it flew in seconds to 1642 from 1578..

And btw, my question as clarification is.. tata coffee hit the buy levels of 1631.. as said by you..though it did not sustain long there.. CAN WE TAKE POSITIONAL ENTRY now, as the cmp is somewhere in 1608..

or we have to wait for a close above 1631.

Thanks and regards
