The velocity of the downtrend is too high. The SOT is -3.65%. One can look at buying this stock near 85 levels. Though, SOT target is 80 rs. I am assuming that the Speed will slow down and hence one can look at buying near 85-87 levels. Unless ofcourse, the markets thinks otherwise.

Expert suggessions are welcome please.

Regards

Ahh manoj,

Just have a look at the charts....Bajaj Hindustan and Balrampur are two big giants in this pack...Balrampur has long to go....still, this is not the right time to buy...one can can see it as soon it touches 95, and enter at each dips...it seems very tough that this comes to 85 levels now, unless something drastic happens....though no one can predict markets, but still one day you see sugar rocks...and next week it is doooooom down the lane.......I preferably would wait for the levels of 90....and pick it up then...I had recently entered this at 90, a huge quantitiy and exitted all at 107...then i saw it went up up up for couple of days, now you're back to 100...even if i pick it up today at 100, i still have made money out of this stock...

all the best

Looks like you got it almost at the top of the current rally, I am assuming you might have got into it on a 'tip', reasons enough for one to look at the charts before getting into a trade.

I may not be able to tell you the immediate reaction of this one but,
Watchout for these levels of support:
1st 121, then 110 and then 101.

My sense is, if sugar is to take a beating, this stock could go right down to 101. It should bounce back from there. Though, Sugar is a Volatile pack and the 'season' is nearing...

Personnaly I might take an 'alert' as of now, since the NIFTY is amlost OverBought.

Regards

Thanks ganeshhity and Manoj...
I guess I will exit with minimal losses and park the money into some better stocks.

@ Manoj - I did get into this stock on some tip on CNBC and this was the first time I did it and I feel stupid about it

Hey Domnic,
There is nothing to feel stupid about it. It happens and its the most common story of any trader, specially the first timers. Lucky you, you have found the rigth place to be in your initial stages, I found this forum a little toooo late!

Its not only your story, it used to be mine too and many other friends that you will find on this forum has a similar story to tell...

Cheers

MANOJ
