There is always a deep thought inside me and i m sure many of us wud share the same thought as well. We know tat a company's stock price Rise/Plunge based on the sentiments of Traders, and the most important driving factor behind these sentiments are the inside news abt tat particular company.
Now here is how it goes(senior members plz correct me if i m wrong): Lets say company A got a 1 million$ deal. This news will be flashed on websites, news channel, etc after some time. But the time this news come out, the price of stock A wud have already Rise. Reverse will happen in case of any bad news.
Now i have heard tat we need to have contacts with some 'insider' of this company. So how does the traders who have already buyed a lot of stock have access to this kind of information.? Are we normal traders never allow to access such information only to realise the lost opportunity.?
