BSE looking pretty strong
Friday July 28th, 2006
The BSE kept it pretty quite today, but the key point is we are still holding above the blue trendline. The longer we stay above this technical resistance area, the more likely we are to rally. 10,940.45 should prove to be a magnet.

The BSE is consistently making higher highs and higher lows on a daily basis. Today we gave up a lot of today's gains and closed near the lows. Longs need to exercise some caution here due to today's activity. We could potentially backtest the blue support line before preceding higher. The last swing high of 10,940.45 is still in play.

Talk about ready to breakout. The BSE is doing exactly as we had suspected by slowly creeping up to resistance at 10,940.45. Once we close above this high, expect things to get really exciting.
