With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 12, 2012 regarding the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 19, 2012 to July 21, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 21, 2012

Anybody who has purchased the Shares today is not entitled to receive the Dividend...considering 17/07/2012 as the Ex-Date....!!!
