Fixed monthly Return trading Equity

Respected Friends,
Putting down a simple question to u all and waiting for ur feed back on it.

Whether it is possible to earn 10% return from trading Equity(F&O as well as Scrips) in Indian market CONSISTENTLY on MONTHLY basis?

Would be happy if everyone comes in and drops in their valuable "YES" or "NO".

It can be done but for that it needs discipline.
