How the auction price is decided on NSE?

Hi All,

I just want to know that if a person is unable to close up his position by the end of the day (for day trading when he is calling short), how the acutioning is done and what price he will get the scrip for on NSE?

Pleas somebody guide!

Auction price is decided like this sell orders are excuted for immediate buyers and buy orders are executed for immediate sellers on first come first serve basis

settlement rules have changed since the article from outlook. haven't they?
