Click to expand... that varies broker to broker. ask your broker for perfect figure. some brokers offers 10x margin for nifty 50 stocks and 5x for other stocks.

P pakatil Well-Known Member May 13, 2012 #10 May 13, 2012 #10 ICICI used to have scrip wise margins. (I stopped with them since 2007). Others like Religare, India Bulls.....etc have what is called Exposure Margin. It varies from 4 to 20 times. No fixed rules.
