Dhobi ka kutta na ghar ka naa ghat kaa is waht has happened to the LIC and Government funds gone in to check the crash of Black Monday.
Wonder who is the ultimate loser,cuz if the dhobi loses clothes,its a loss of the ppl who gave him the clothes.

our money (retailers+investments in m.f.+lic) is been used left right & center to allow the bosses to book profit... probe please...
