Thumbs up Re: The Sixth Sense-X

like in US markets.. We became overbought from oversold in 2 days...

I expect the same kind of ferocious rally down as it went up... the show must go on...

surely I am reminded of how the sensex was taken down 1K points in 3 days at 12K levels & bought back up in equal time 2 times... when the downtrend end is approaching we might do the same thing on the downside, shake off is a must both ways... enjoy while you can... no one can accompany the fat guys is the rule... if are are able to then you are good..otherwise bears will bully you & the bulls will bury you...

On the other hand If monday turn to be bullish - we might safely assume the downtrend adios amigos & enter on the next pull back...

ps: the darn karachi index is piggy backing right behind us... hope it does not overtake us.... Jaago India Jaago... Vande Mataram, Jai Hind, Har Har Mahadev... lol

I repeat what I mentioned last month:

1) at the peaks many were cautious & would have survived the carnage BUT the damage caused by the relief rallies will cause maximum casualties... they are the psunamis after the quake...

2) people are still planning & plotting to catch the bottom... the effects of a 3 year bull run in still in the blood, very useful for the operators... dont look east, dont look west, the operators are at their best, even if the world stops falling many will start questioning why are we still falling... no big guys will let you sell your averaged gold...they will make you average till you become below average... if reliance becomes 500 & then recovers will you be able to average at that stage, impossible...because you started averaging too early... Be very very clear on this, whatever you buy is for keeps...

typical symptom of Bull run takes over, even if your mind says its over, your heart cannot accept the fact, like life's nostalgia, you cannot let go this one...

Quite well put Czarbhai,Actually the best way to go about rallies in this downtrend is to hedge ur short positions or add more at peaks. If u start moving with the trends,u'll end up being nowhere. As far as long puts are concerned,if u are a trend follower only 3 consecutive days of rally will confirm an uptrend.

Seems the Indices worldwide are imitating Dow and Dow is again repeating its pattern of Friday.

only thing that worries me is that almost everbody is cautious about upside, which may make way for more upside... lets see, shorts should not be initiated at this stage... might turn out to be very dangerous.
