Recent Corporate Actions

I am hoping to compile a list of stocks and the recent corporate actions announced

e.g. TCS/Infosys/Satyam and others have announced a 1:1 Bonus, TATA Steel has announced Rs 13 Dividend etc..

Can anyone please guide me to a source where I can get such data..

Pankaj, thanks... Does BSE/NSE provide the data only after the record dates / Book Closures have been announced ?

Most companies announce these Corporate Actions when they declare the results and state that they are subject to shareholder approval. I am assuming that the BSE/NSE data is after shareholder approval.

I wanted to track the announcements made by the companies before shareholder approval.. hope I am making sense..

Actually announcements are made much before the ex date and also posted on the bse/nse website immediately. Rumours float much in advance. Even board meeting and its agenda would containg the gist of announcements being made as such announcements are made with board's approval but before shareholder's approval.

i dont find any reference under "Corporate Actions" of nseindia.com related to buy back offer for ranbaxy shares OR ioc bongaigaon merger. there may be many such news, can someone point to index which has all the news?
