Need Help " Am I Being Scammed"

#1
Am trading with JRG securities for the past few weeks , doing only delivery .

1 There have been four instances where the scripts that i have bought has not been credited to my account .

2 Since they did not credit into the account they have auctioned the scrips , All auctions have resulted in sale at a loss .

3 They claim that i can sell my shares only after T+2 and sometimes T+4not before that . They also say that if NSE does not deliver the shares to them they are helpless .

I feel that these are quite baseless , I just seek confirmation from other trades .

Thanks

Hi Sona_mcx

From the facts told by you It appears that your broker is conning you. Immediately complain to NSE and SEBI. Send Lawyer's notice to your broker to claim compensation for the loss you incured for non delivery of security and subsequent so called auction. It is deficiency in service and you can approach consumer court of your area.
Secondly stop trading/investing through them and immediately shift to other reliable brokers.

settlement cycle is now T+2 and not T+4 for delivery.

Others may also give more information on this practice of your broker which seems illegal to me.

I Agree with Pankaj's opinion. They are cheating you with all excuses. You must proceed for a legel action against them otherwise, they will keep doing this to many more people.
Good Luck.

Alok.
