Looking for Lawyer with good understanding of Shares and SEBI rules

#1
Hi Community,
I am looking for a sound lawyer who has good knowledge or has dealt in past with transferring the shares in physical format to demat.
I'm looking for a lawyer because I have following issues:
1. The shares are in name of father and uncle (both are no more now) and I'm the only next heir alive.
2. Original bond certificates are lost
3. Haven't been able to receive the dividends from past 10years.

I guess it requires succession certificate etc so I'm looking for a sound lawyer who can deal & communicate with Share registrars and get the details of shares (post bonus or split or amalgamation), get lost dividends and get the shares transferred in my name.

Location: Bangalore or Dehradun

You wont get all the lost year dividends. The company waits for couple of years if the dividends are not collected then they are passed to Investor Education Fund which is a government body.
