Urgent help on hotel leela

Please help me on hotel leela ,holding @ 47 ,what should i do ?

I don't know anything about stocks but current is 38.55 ,if you holded it this far then I would suggest you to keep holding maybe in 2012 you will get at break even as it is a stock! as far I think that you should wait for again buying it again when you know that the price is undervalued and it should go up from there, that will make your P/L average
