Is the capping rate same for all the stocks i.e 20% ????

As on date 14Oct 2011
TV18 Broadcast Limited was capped at 10 %
whereas HATHWAY was capped at 20 %

Why the difference for these two stocks ?

even on 9 Sept 2011 GTL rose nearly to 36 % .Any answers anyone ??? plz??

All Nifty stocks have NO ceiling.
All other stocks have ceiling at 2% or 5% or 10% or 20% as per notification
of exchange from time to time.

By nifty stocks what do u mean , the nifty50 stocks?
GTL is nowhere included in the nifty 50 !!!
