What happened to RNRL (Reliance Natural Resources Ltd) stocks today ?

Friends ,
Just watching RNRL - Reliance Natural Resources Ltd stocks today, it seems no trading was happening today afternoon - it was struck at 37.05 @ NSE ( both places )
Any information whats happening ?

I am having a few shares of them.

Pl. clarify ...

It did hit the 5% circuit filter specific to the stock and hence 'ld not fall further. Good News for you, eh

Besides, as it did not move up from that point, it appears there were no buyers who wanted to purchase stock @ Rs. 37.05 or more.

Its true it started today with 39.00 - 5% means 1.95.
Its cut-off is 37.05.

It means that tommorrow it will fall furthur

Whether all stocks have these kind of stops ?
where can we find this value for each stock ?

A no. of stocks have different levels of stops for both Upward & Downward movements.

You can find the detailed list on http://www.nseindia.com/content/equi...pricebands.htm which is updated on a daily basis. One can always get the idea for any stock here in the morning and trade accordingly.

It's just people with enough money muscle power made good profit of this stock and want to take more money away from you.

lower circuit today too.. not much you can do now except join the queue to sell... and a very long queue at that...

ADAG makes open offer for RNRL shares

PTI[ THURSDAY, MARCH 16, 2006 12:30:45 PM]

MUMBAI: Anil Ambani's Reliance group (R-ADAG) will make an open offer from May 3 to May 22 to acquire 32.66 crore shares of Reliance Natural Resources Ltd for Rs 838 crore.

The open offer would constitute 20 per cent of the expanded equity share capital of RNRL and is in accordance with SEBI norms, RNRL informed the stock exchanges.

This follows a decision by the RNRL board on Wednesday, which also approved a preferential offer of 41 crore equity shares to R-ADAG or long term financial investors to strengthen the company's capital base and financial position.

As part of the preferential offer, R-ADAG will subscribe up to 41 crore shares for Rs 1,052 crore at a minimum price of Rs 25.65 per share. Post-allotment, the promoter holding will go up to 55 per cent from 40 per cent and RNRL's net worth will rise to Rs 1,660 crore from Rs 608 crore currently.

RNRL is one of the four companies transferred to Anil after settlement with elder brother Mukesh Ambani.

I guess the market was expecting a price higher than Rs. 25.65....
