Decontrol of prices on P&K

What is the effect on fertilizer stock prices in near term on issue of notification on decontrolling price on P&K fertilizers.

Why fertilizer stocks are slipped yesterday (08-07-2011).

Shall I hold or exit fertilizer stocks? Please suggest.
