Suspended due to Procedural reasons : windsor

what are the reasons that a scrip gets suspended? Investors who have purchased scrips what will they do....

Trading in a scrip may be suspended if it fails to comply with regulatory guidelines from SEBI,Bourses etc. Brokers may know better.
