Shares in Physical Form.

Its my pleasure to interact with you all. I need some information on shares.
My father had bought below mentioned shares during 90's and currently all of these are in physical format and not listed in BSE/NSE. Can anyone please let me know what can i do with these ?

Boss you have to contact each and every company, unless someone can do it on your behalf. They will have a registrar / company secretary office who can / will help.
One question you need to clarify is whether you posting this on behalf of your father, or you need to do this because you inherited these. If you inherited these, you will need a lot more documentation to get these transferred to your name.
One thing you need to be aware of is that they might ask you for a bunch of information to prove the antecedents. Unless you have a paper trail of annual dividends being received by you, someone showing up on their door after 10-20 years with paper certificates may be looked at suspiciously.

Start by contacting the company secretary. If you have already done that, please explain what help you want from forum members.

You also said all these companies are unlisted. I am not familiar with these companies, but due to personal experience, I am suspicious of Mom and Pop shops once they hand over the management to next generation. Do with the share certificates what you will do with property records ... keep them safe. Keep a copy. If you give them to anyone, get a proper acknowledgement / receipt.

I have contacted their people for few other companies and I got their reply . But or these mentioned shares I did not find any contact person. I have all the required documents and all are original. No issues with that. I need help in getting their registrar or secretary's contact. I do not want these shares to go wasted.
