chart errors in trade tiger

hi guys,

anyone experienced white bars across some charts in trade tiger 2 ?

it covers the whole chart rendering it completely unusable.

even reinstalling TT 2 after deleting from registry has not helped.

In fact ,my lay outs ,prepared using TT.2 are not getting loaded.
I discontinued using TT.2 ,swiched back to TT.1.

even i am little frustrated by the frequent errors in the charting backfill errors of Trade Tiger,
its more in commodity charts as compared to equity and index charts,
have to find some solution to it !!

i have loaded it 2 days back ,some time it give small problem,but due to enhanced features ,my result are improving,i will try my leval best to continue this
