Right Issue
Hi all,
What is right issue and in what way it different from other issues? I am already owning a script, recently I come to know the board has approved from right issue, then how will I get that or how should I apply for that? Thanks, s1234

A Rights Issue Is An Issue Of Shares,only To The Existing Shareholders Of The Company On A Particular Record Date.
You Do Not Have To Apply,as It Will Be Offered To You Automatically If Your Shares Are Recorded In Your Name In The Books Of The Company.
