First thing to do would be to contact the companies the shares have changed into.
Just looking around you should have shares in JSW Steel, JSW Holdings, Nalwa Sons Investments, Jindal Stainless and Jspl. Just go to the BSE website type the companies mentioned and try to send a email to the company secretary and Registrar of corresponding companies .
