Important question regarding the stake valuation.

#1
My question is regarding valuing an individual's stake's worth in a company and the way to calculate it. I searched a lot about it on Google but to no avail. It's an important question which can not only help me but many others, including retail investors. So please take some time off to answer this question.

My question is: Rajdeep Sardesai, the famous Editor in Chief of CNN-IBN, owns 4% stake in IBN18. The stock is currently trading at 104 RS. Its market cap is 2740 cr RS. Here is the detail of its share holding pattern http://money.rediff.com/companies/ibn18-broadcast-ltd/17040160/share-holding . Keeping all these things in mind what would be Rajdeep's 4% share worth today? How do we calculate it? Please tell his stake's worth and explain calculating method step by step lucidly. Would be oblige if you do so.

Thanks
