Hi Group

I bought AZTEC quite a while ago and completely forgot abt it. It is not traded anymore in BSE or NSE. What do I do with it.

Aztec was merged with Mindtree Software long long back. See your depository holding statement as to whether your account has been credited with Mindtree Software shares.

I do not have any idea about your online account. I request you to check your depository holding. Is it the same as online account? If you are holding Aztec shares in physical format, then you will have to convert in to dematerialised format and only then you will get mindtree shares.

I think share swap ratio was 1 share of Mindtree for every 11 shares of Aztec. I am saying it from my faint memory. So I may be slightly wrong here. Incase your holding is less than allotment of one share of mindtree, then they must have mailed check to you.
