Jindal Vijay nagar SHare in paper format

Dear sir,

First of all I would like to thank moderator for such a nice platform. Since it is my first post and I am learning from every post of this form. I would greatly appreciate the answers of my queries.

My parents have 100 shares of Jindal Vijay nagar in paper format. Since the company has been merged with JSW group of companies. my parent were unkonwn to this So we have still these shares in paper format.

Please let me know what I can do now to get the new shares in exchange of old shares. and tell me the process what I can do.

You can write to their share transfer agents, with full details like Folio No, No. shares, etc, and act according to their advice
