Program needed

I m looking for a program which will help me to keep records of my client's trades. Say for example, I bought 3 lots of Nifty in 10 Client accounts, the program should convert the given "Trade confirmation excel file" into a certain format which will give details like daily MTM +/-, Margin required, Buy sell prices and qty, profit/ loss before brokerage, Brokerage and other transantion cost, Net profit/loss, etc. An excel macros can also solve the purpose.

I request all the IT exeprts to help me in this regard. Cost is no barrier.
