I recently noticed there has been unsual trading activity on GUFICBIO
Yesterday somebody placed an order for 15550 shares @ 6.85(which was the ceiling for the day). Today again, trades were placed at the ceiling price for a high quantity. The average trading volume for this stock is around 2000~3000.
I observed this kind of activity in KITPLYIND a few months back. Can anyone please explain me why someone wants to buy the shares at the Ceiling price. Is it done by institutional investors / insiders who have some info ?
