Hi there Sikhamoni,

Looks like everybody has had their fun the last few days........ .Wow you make 12%,wow let me clear out my fd's,my mutual funds and put it with you.Wow

Just because this forum is free, doesn't mean the guys here are making pennies.I have been trading the last 10years.........I had seen the Tech Mania, and the Tech Collapse......and the present bull run.Believe me when I say this,..........your 12% is absolute crap!!

I suggest you frequent this forum more often and learn how to learn some trading and investing and subsequently make huger gains.......rather than coming here and soliciting for clients!!

Phoenix

Any legal guy in this forum. Help him in a cost effective manner. But I doubt. Your last sentence "And is the effort worth Rs.5000?." will give you answer to some extent.

Just 1 question ? honestly tell me how many of you folks have made big money on the stockmarket.
The reason why i ask is :When the share market is going bullish everyone is buying.
When it is falling ,everyone is selling. So,I dont find any logic except a herd mentality.
And no individual holds for too long because its not tempting to hold if there is some profit to be made.

In my view, legal procedures and efforts to get No objection from rest of your father's brother will be much more than the value of Shares !

Your question is real good and I too had the same thing in mind when I started trading. I have been into disciplined trading for the last 4-5 months. Will not treat returns in trending market as success. Although I have known mny people who have been in this market for years together and have made stinking money just due to their discipline and guts !! (I hope I can write this for myself after few years !!!)

Best of Luck

Alok
