Suzlon & RCOM - Long term ?

Hello Experts,

I have bought Suzlon & RCOM @Rs.110 & @Rs.250 respectively. In fact I bought these stocks at higher levels and then averaged into these levels. So a major portion of my portfolio is these two stocks.

These stocks are trading now at around Rs.70 & Rs.170 respectively. What should I do now ? I don't want to average these stocks further.

Is better to hold these stocks for long term ? Or, sell off (not necessarily all shares) and switch to some other stocks which look brighter for long term ?

Personally, I think Suzlon, RCOM and Punj Lloyd are stocks that should NEVER be held in your long term portfolio...
Short term or momentum trading is the best way to make money on these stocks...

Longterm investments have to be kept with some patience and companies given a chance to grow..Below is some thought

1.SUZLON - in the Alternative Energy space - a great future for the company. It started with a turnover 1900 Cr in 2006 and has grown to 7000 Cr in 2010. All other companies in this space have packed up..stock is expacted to double by 2012.
2.RCOM - in telecom space - ADAG's flagship company..and expected to grow further with 3G technology

If u need the money than sell makes sense...Else if u can wait upto 2012 than hold it......SUzlon will turn first into profit ...if OIl rate goes high more orders will come to suzlon way wait for the cycle to change.....Telecom sector as a hold will come up once 3G services start by private players...obviously bharti,tata tele,idea and rcom will benefit from it...or will reduce your losses...
