today Zee news is down about 78% for some news.

Can it go above 20-21 in coming days? What is the long term prospective?

Any suggestion?

Its is down because of SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT.

Whats that in simple terms ..?
Found many links to it in google but all are too complex to understand

Zee News had Regional General Entertainment channels(GEC) and news channels...
the GEC have been De-merged out of Zee News and transfered to Zee Entertainment...
now the scheme of arrangement was for every 19 shares of Zee News one would be entitled to 4 shares of Zee Entertainment...
so now Zee News is a pure news play...

it seems that the profit will be less for Zee news in future.

and there is no more interest to invest in this counter?
