huge difference between futures and cash price

Sesagoa in the last couple days:

At this moment (April 09 2010, 9:29am)

SESAGOA:
Cash / spot price: 483
April futures: 471
May futures: 461
June futures: 457


whats going on? is it delivery based buying?
