Hdil, indotech

Should one hold Indotech or sell asap, as it has started falling. I feel if it falls, it may reach feb. levels of around 270.
Also, being in reality, is HDIL still a hold; or at best a buy if prices fall for around 10-15 days hold? Also,what is the result on PIL on TDR for HDIL?
