False high/Low prices of shares

Many a times I have seen some kind of false prices shown as high or low on nse. These prices are not on intraday charts and dont know how many shares were traded. I want to know whether really the high or low took place? If no, then how these prices come in the system?
For eg., some days ago Thinksoft has shown high of Rs 570, but the intraday charts was showing high value around 535 but not 570.
Also these type of false high/low/open etc is found many times.
HOw this happens? Do anyone know about this?

These are called as freak prices or freak trades. These trades do occur, usually within the first few trades of the day even before the first tick for the day is generated by the exchange's system. The no of shares traded at those levels cannot be found by us.
