What happens in case of demerger of F&O Stock?

Hi, my question relates to "What happens in case of demerger of F&O Stock?"
Assuming a co gets demerged from a F&O stock, and it too gets listed but not in F&O category. In such a case how is the F&O buyer/seller compensated. What is the NSE rule for the same?
