Illegal Trade done in my A/c

Hi,

Please help me.Someone did illegal trade in my A/c and did a huge loss.I am having a/c in AnandRathi broker.

I am suspecting this is the person is from their broking firm.

Please suggest me what should I do???

first of all do not share your user id or password to anyone. further close your account.if you want to complain then you can send email to your brokers head office,or sebi. i do not know the right procedure. further i will suggest you that if you further open a new accout.then do not transfer a hudge margin in your account immediatly. start with less money and check your account margin and trades daily.make sure your broker and your rm is not trading on behalf of you.

first of all change your password.
never share it with anyone.

secondly
make a letter and send it first to your broker...
and then if still ur problem cant solve then send a letter to sebi with the photocopy of ur broker complaint....

atlast if problem still remain
then change your broker.





you can also check your trades in your account on bse website
i.e www.bseindia.com with entering your account code and pancard number..

you should ask them about details on from where trades were executed.
was it their office or home terminal/software.

there must be some logs, ask them, lodge a complaint on paper, you may need to do a F.I.R. to catch the culprit, consult a lawyer,

I think most broker firm will not be held liable if the password was mis-used at your end.
