Incase Of Merger Of 2 Listed Entities, You Would Get Shares Of Canara Bank...In Some Kind Ratio, Which Will All Depend When It Happens...Ofcourse There Is Some Guidelines On The Ratio...Which Will Need To Be Adhered To.

Anyways At The Moment It Is All In The Realm Of Speculation...But Yes Going Forward One Will Be Witness To Many Such M&As Between PSU Banks Into One...It Will Not Be Limited To Merging Of Two Banks Into One, But Many Smaller Ones Into One....Before The Basel-II Norms Come Into Effect.
