I Say you have good skilled ARBITRAGER/JOBBER
They mostly stay in metro city then i ask you which city you start your office .
Frist and last You have MARGIN , GOOD SKILLED MAN POWER , Handle this staff .
Which facility you provide to your employees ........
just keep in mind ....
you have fresher then no problem ...you got it any palce in india ....BUTT YOU Have skilled Man power .....then keep in mind .....
why they leave his/her frist job and join with you ?
wo log apan pehalaa job chodake aapake saath kyoo join hongee ....tumhe kuch unko better (jyadaa) denaa honaa ....keep in mind ..and find good quality of jobber and arbitrager ...wo kab honge ..jab tak unko 2-3 yr experinace nahi hota ....tab tak ....

Query Has Further Been Explained By The Owner Of The Thread & Your Replies Have Not Answered....His Query...& Moreover What has City Got To Do With Arbitrage As A Sub Broker...He Can Perhaps Devote A Miximum Of 2 CTCL IDs....It's Not That He Needs 100 Arbitrageurs That He Has To Be Based In Metro City.
Don't Point To The Thread Name To Justify Your Replies.
If You Know So Much About Arbitrage....Then I Suggest You Right In Detail Clearly Explaining Under Different Types Of Arbitrage.
By The Way...Actual Delta Hedging Is Not Part Of Arbitrage.
Arbitrage Itself Is A Hedged Trading Activity Either For Brokers To Create Volumes....Or For Those With Very Little Risk Appetite & No Money But having Lot Of Stock Market Experience.
