Risk - 4% of Equity Available

Scrips

1. Axis Bank - SL 900
2. Yes Bank - 240 (Strongest Scrip on Chart)
3. Nagarjuna Construction - SL 148
4. Sterlite Industries - SL 750
5. Tata Steel - SL 490
6. Hindustan Construction - SL 127, 120
7. IDFC - 150
8. IVRCL Infrastructure - SL 340
9. Reliance Capital (SHORT) Around 800-830 SL - 850

Criteria of Scrip Selection:
1. Current Volatility
2. Historical Volatility
3. Beta and Bottom up Beta of Stocks
4. Volume at price moves

Ideally these scrips should look good for at least a week. I will keep updating this thread as the scrips turn from Buy to Sell or Vice Versa.

My Trading Strategy - I look for a 10 - 15 point move on a scrip. But, since I am experienced in trading and have received extensive training at reputed B-Schools in the UK, I take up large quantities to increase my earnings. For newbies or amateurs in trading, its better to trade on small quantities.

Happy Trading!!!

Strategy:

Well, all the scrips I have mentioned are extremely strong on EOD basis. So they can be held for 5-7 trading sessions. I have mentioned my strategy before; I look for 10-15 points movement. I take up extremely huge positions and trade. And hence don't need to "Hang On" to scripts for long period of time. However, any good chartist will tell you that the scripts mentioned are Bullish for near term perspective.

AFL:

I don't use any particular "Chart Formulae" to select stocks. Neither do I have some automated stock selection criteria. I believe in the "Old school of thought of handpicking the stocks on your own". I have mentioned the factors I see to analyze the stocks and one thing that I had forgotten to mention was "Derivative Data". I use all these factors a lot. Rather than relying heavily on Fundamentals or Technicals, I use the combination of both and most importantly rely on the "Feel Factor" of the stock.
