Dear traderji members,
reliance media works that is adlabs got demerged in reliance media world(thier radio business) and the existing company few monts ago. As a result all adlabs share holder have reliance media world shares on their demat account which does not show a price. also, adlabs was supposed to issue a rights issue. my question is
1. Is it mandatory for adlabs to list reliance media world or it can happen that the shares of reliance media world will stay in the porfolio forever without any price and shareholders wont be able to sell it?
2. I know that a rights issue has to be done with within 4 months of announcement so is the rights issue and listing going to come at the ame time which means 4 months?
is it possible that reliance media world will never list and the shareholders will never be able to sell their shares? I want to know the rules.
