ratio=2:55 2 shares of united spirits for every 55 shares of balaji dist.


If one buy 1100 balaji dist. Cost (31*1100)may-34100


he can get 40 united spirits which valuation is (40*1000)=40000

thanx for the information. I searched the net and found that this merger was to take effect frm 1/04/09. can u pls provide some link or information regarding the current status as to the record date etc. It would be very helpful
