Is ISPAT a stock operator wala stock?

Can somebody tell me whether ISPAT industries comes in to the category of penny stocks? As in is it a stock manipulated by operators?

All stocks are driven by operators. If an operator is not involved in a stock it probably means that the stock has no value.

Well thats true only to some extent, the penny stocks are more driven by operators than NIFTY 50 stocks.

So is ISPAT industry a penny stock?

Stocks with such high volumes are difficult to be manipulated.
