Any Hopes on Vishal Exports & IFCI

any one has any clues on vishal exports , i have picked up around 4000 shares averaging at around 21.5 rs ..... it has declared 2:1 bonus , then too going on by 3% to 5% since last few days .................

shall i book the losses at this point or hold for some time ........ i have checked the fundamentals and that doesnt seems to bad at all or could not find any reason for it to go down ......still would be gr8 if some one can advise .......

you are right. fundamentally it seems to be on good grounds. I and saint had discussed it out on a different thread started by me "queries on buy in sell out targets of your stocks". hope that might be of some help to you for setting your targets.....

so , it's clear that i must hold it atleast till it becomes Ex. Bonus right ?
i am browsing through the thread you suggested ..........any thing for IFCI i picked it up at 17.20 ...... [ mistake i did was i picked it up in greed without checking fundamentals ...... ] i think i did mistake and feels like coming out of it by booking losses [ not much though ] ........ m i on the right track

i also want to buy the stock of vishal export and i hear that it also giving the bonus shares..
so m i applicable for baonus share if i buy today??and how many bonus share they r giving??and when it will come to my demat acct??

I have been purchasing IFCI for a long time. The best time to enter IFCI is when it is around 13-14. Now the market is already heated up and to touch IFCI at this level is not advisable. Morover, if there is some positive news from FM side then it might move up but again try to sell it off once you are in profit.

vishal exports ........ record date for bonus is 25th of august .......so if assuming that u have bought it today or will buy before that date , u will be eligible for bonus ............. they have announced 2 bonus shares for each equity share ......so if u purchase 100 shares then post bonus it will become 300...................i believe they also have announced dividend of 40% ......with same record date ......so another 40 paise per share .......... hope this helps ..........

hometypist .......... i have entered IFCI @ 17.20 .... i think have made a mistake but it is wise holding it for a while or shall i book losses right away tomorrow [ as right now the losses are not much ] ....... pls suggest ..........

Hi everybody

Normally we see pre bonus the price rising and post bonus the price of the shares falling and I think since Vishal is giving 2:1 bonus and 40% dividend, the price of the scrip will rise till 25th August. My first target is Rs 29.50 on around 19th August and second target is Rs. 37 on 24th August. This is a speculation, which normally happens when big players are controlling this particular share.

One more speculation for tomorrow intraday for Vishal is if it opens above 23.75, sell and then buy around 22.70

Any advice seniors.

what do u think it's worth selling it pre-bonus when the price is at peak or ex bonus when price gets adjusted accordingly ? when will get max returns when operators are operating ? i dont have enough exp. so need some advise

If the market is going up chances of it going up is not ruled out. Since the market is in the uptrend you can hold it. If you are ready to hold it for a long time in all probability you can profit from it on any news from Government regarding merger
