** Low Brokerage/Fast/good Support - Which is best online trading site of 2009?

I tried different demat online trading accounts and most of them charged brokerage very high.

First ICICIDirect.com - Charges are very very high.
I end up paid around 6.5K just for 3L of turn over. Just of 7 months in 2009

Also Motilal Oswal, sharekhan, reliance money,IL&FS has similar charges.

Which is best online trading site now? as of today (<<2009>>)
