Adlabs is supposed to be coming out with rights issue after board meeting on autust 12. i have some questions...
1. suppose they come up with 1:1 rights issue, then will the price of the share decrease by half?
2. Suppose I being a shareholder do not subscribe to the additional shares, because i have to pay for them, then am i at a loss because the share price will decrease by half supposing a 1:1 rights issue?
