Your question covers very broad topic and it is not possible for someone to post the basics.
My sincere suggestion will be to start with self reading first and come back here to clarify your doubts or confusion.
You can goto NSE site and then down to Home > NCFM > Curriculum & Study Material section and download the study material from there.

I just want to know basic thing below

If i want to sell tcs today and then close position by buying tcs shares tomorrow,a week aftger or month after then what shall i do ?

Once u have bought back your TCS share tomorrow which u sold today, then you have no position in the market. So you are free to do whatever u want to do.

You may as well want to open new position/trade. But thats not what anyone can say. It is your call, finally.. to do what u want to do.
