Dividend for Tata Chem

Dear Traderji,

I hold some shares of Tata Chem. They announced dividend and the record date was 29 June. If i sell my shares now, will I still receive the dividend?

Please could you or other members advice.

if you were holding shares when it turned exdividend then u will get it

As satdat said if the shares were in your demat account before the ex dividend date you will receive the dividend even if you sell them now.
