HLL is within striking distance of the Tgt 170. Now, there are rumors during doing the rounds in the streets about bonus in HLL or something with a popular tgt of 180 . Thats the beauty of technical analysis - read news from the charts much ahead.
I would still stick to charts and shut myself off the news. People can lie but charts dont.  BTW, I was long in 150 CA June and i have booked profits today.
